Giovanni joined the European Coffee Federation (ECF) in January 2023 as Technical and Regulatory Manager. In this role, he oversees technical and scientific matters relevant to the coffee sector. With a scientific background and a data-driven approach, he monitors legislative developments related to food safety and technical issues, providing the foundation for ECF’s advocacy activities. His work focuses on building a solid understanding of coffee among institutional stakeholders and the food business operator community.
