Eileen Gordon is Secretary General of the European Coffee Federation (ECF), representing the European coffee trade and industry across the EU. Since joining ECF in 2017, she has led the Federation’s strategic engagement on key sustainability and regulatory files, including deforestation, packaging, circular economy and due diligence, working closely with EU institutions, industry, producing countries and international organisations. She has extensive experience in association leadership, EU regulatory affairs, international trade and stakeholder engagement. Before joining ECF, she served for 13 years as Secretary General of the Spanish Coffee Federation and also led the Spanish Tea and Herbal Infusions Association.
